Grey structure includes the building's skeleton: foundation, columns, beams, roof slabs, brick walls, plaster, basic plumbing rough-in, and electrical conduits. The house is structurally complete but not livable.
Turnkey construction includes everything in grey structure plus all finishing: flooring, tiles, paint, woodwork, doors, windows, complete electrical and plumbing fittings, kitchen, bathrooms, front elevation, and landscaping. The house is completely ready to move into.
