You only pay when the agreed milestone is completed and verified. The exact payment plan is included in our formal construction agreement before work begins.
Do you provide house design and architectural plans?

We provide complete architectural drawings, structural design, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans, and 3D visualizations so you can see exactly how your home will look before construction begins. If you already have an approved plan from another architect, we are happy to build from your existing drawings.
What materials do you use, and can I choose my own?
We use branded, market-standard materials from trusted Pakistani manufacturers including DG Cement, Mughal Steel, Master Tiles, and others. All material brands and specifications are documented in the construction agreement. You are welcome to upgrade or specify particular brands for any component, from cement and steel to tiles, sanitary fittings, and paint. For turnkey projects, we take you on material selection visits so you can personally choose tiles, fixtures, and fittings that match your taste.
