Existing building had limited spare electrical capacity. Worked with building management to allocate dedicated transformer capacity for the floor's IT load + AC.

14 weeks tight for full fit-out. Achieved through parallel workstreams (MEP + partitions + finishes overlapped) + pre-fabricated workstations + furniture pre-ordered before site work began.
